I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was quaint, with incredible and favourable location near to the historical sites-Le Cachot as well as the "main attraction ". I greatly enjoyed the economy double room and had a really nice stay. The bed was large and I had a private bathroom. Overall the service was good!

This place was conveniently located in the center and near a fascinating historic castle.

The food was good, the owners very friendly, hospitable and helpful. They also spoke good english. Within walking distance to the center. The secure parking was also very nice.

The hotel has immaculately clean and huge rooms with three single beds. the rooms offer good views of the mountains. - There is a work desk in the rooms to feel comfortable. - the staff are decent and amiable.

Location-within walking distance of the Sanctuary. English speaking staff who are eager to please you. It was very hot in the rooms (no ac). We were provided with a pedestal fan when rwe equested one. Clean basic facilities in the room. Continental breakfast which was included in the price of the room was adequate.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room, but breakfast is available from 7.30am.

I had a wonderful experience at this place - it was clean, offered great value for money, and had a convenient location near Citotel de la Vallée and the Basilica.

All the staff were very kind and helpful. They made restaurant suggestions, restaurant reservations, taxi reservations. They helped in any way they could. Also, my son left his cell phone at the hotel and they were kind enough to call me and let me know they had found the phone and then they mailed it to a hotel where we would be staying later in our trip.

There was no air conditioning and it got very hot for a couple of days. It was hard to cool down.
